Included volume refreshes at the start of every calendar month. Nothing you have already used is ever recalculated.
Go past your included volume and the extra is billed at your plan's per-unit rate, or drawn from prepaid credits.
The plan fee is charged by Stripe on your renewal date. Metered usage is invoiced when the month closes.
