Tour operator booking software with zero commission

Bookings, availability and GetYourGuide sync in one place. Open and close dates once and every connected channel follows, with no cut taken from what you sell.

What Cockpit does for a tour and activity business

An online reservation system for tours and activities

Cockpit is where your products, your calendar and your bookings live. Guests book on your own site, your team takes walk-ins and phone reservations at the desk, and connected channels send their bookings straight in. All of it lands in one list with one set of numbers behind it.

An availability manager that updates itself

Most operators lose their evenings to the same job: copying today's remaining seats into every place they sell. Cockpit removes it. Capacity, cut-offs and blocks are rules, so a booking, a cancellation or a closed day rewrites the calendar on its own and pushes the result out to the channels you are connected to.

No commission, ever

A percentage cut of every booking is the normal way this category is priced, and it is the most expensive line an operator pays. Cockpit does not take one. You pick a plan, you pay metered usage on top of it, and the value of what you sell is not part of the calculation.

One unified inbox

Website checkout, walk-ins, phone reservations, email requests and channel bookings all land in the same list. One place to look, one source of truth for what is sold and what is still open.

Sell online and offline

Accept reservations and payments however your guests reach you. Nothing is lost in a spreadsheet and nothing is stranded in a separate tool that only one person knows how to open.

Prevent double bookings

Availability drops the instant a booking lands, on every channel that product is sold through. The same seat, cabin or slot cannot be sold twice while you are looking the other way.

Stop updating availability by hand

Set your schedule, capacity and booking cut-offs once. From then on the calendar maintains itself as bookings, cancellations and blocked days come in, so nobody has to remember to close a date at midnight.

An automated availability manager

Rules do the closing for you. Sell out a departure, block a maintenance day, hold a boat for a private charter, and every connected channel is told about it in the same moment.

Related products close together

Products that share a boat, a vehicle or a guide are linked to each other. Close one and the others that physically cannot run at the same time close with it, which is where overselling usually starts.

GetYourGuide real-time sync

Bookings arrive in Cockpit the moment they are made, with guest details, chosen options and pricing already filled in. Nothing is retyped from an email and nothing waits for a nightly import.

Product mapping you control

Point each Cockpit product at its GetYourGuide counterpart yourself. From then on the two are the same product to the system, whatever each side calls it in its own marketing copy.

Open and close on the channel

When a mapped product fills up, or you close a date in Cockpit, the closure is pushed out to GetYourGuide as well. The listing stops selling dates you cannot actually run.

Flexible product builder

Tours, activities, charters and experiences, each with its own pricing tiers, availability rules, cut-off times and add-on extras. Build the product the way you actually sell it.

Publish in one click

Push a listing to your own channels and out to every connected market at the same time. No re-entry, no copy-paste between systems that disagree a week later.

Rich, bookable content

Add the photos, itineraries and descriptions that convert, or import expert-curated content and edit it into your own voice. Each channel can carry its own wording for the same underlying product.

Connect once, sell everywhere

Plug into markets, channels and partners from one place, with no separate logins to keep and no fragile one-off integrations to maintain yourself.

Update availability once

Change a price, a capacity or a date and it moves across every connected channel automatically. Double-entry is the root cause of most overselling, so the system removes the second entry.

Control who sells what

Choose exactly which partners can sell which products, and on what terms. Revoke access at any time without taking the product itself off sale anywhere else.

No commission on your bookings

A percentage of every sale is the normal pricing model in this category, and over a season it is the single largest amount an operator hands over. There is none of it here. What you sell is yours.

You are billed for usage

Billing follows what you actually use on the platform, not what your bookings are worth. A high-value charter and a low-value seat cost the same to process, so they are charged the same.

Published, predictable pricing

A plan with metered volume on top of it, priced up front. No setup fee, no charge for connecting a channel, and no invoice that arrives shaped like a share of your best month.

Sync that actually holds

Bookings, availability and inventory stay consistent across every connected channel and app, continuously, rather than drifting apart between imports and being reconciled by hand.

Reach the whole supply chain

Tour operators, DMCs, agencies and hosts. Distribute to the markets and partners that matter to your business instead of the ones a single channel happens to own.

Your data stays yours

You own your guest relationships and you decide what each connected party can access. Leaving a channel does not mean leaving your customer list behind.

Questions

What operators ask before switching

How much commission does Cockpit take on a booking?

None. Cockpit does not take a percentage of your bookings. You pay for a plan plus metered platform usage, and the value of what you sell is not part of that calculation. A percentage cut per booking is the standard model in this category, which is exactly why it is not the model here.

How do I stop double bookings across channels?

Every product has one availability record, and every channel reads from it. When a booking lands anywhere, from your website, from the front desk or from a connected channel, the remaining capacity drops immediately and the new number is pushed back out. There is no window where two channels believe they both have the last seat.

Does Cockpit sync with GetYourGuide?

Yes, in both directions. GetYourGuide bookings arrive in Cockpit as they are made, with guest details, options and pricing already filled in. In the other direction, availability changes you make in Cockpit are pushed out to the mapped GetYourGuide products, so the listing reflects what you can actually run.

Can I close a date on GetYourGuide from inside Cockpit?

Yes, for any product you have mapped. Closing a date, selling out a departure or blocking a day in Cockpit closes the corresponding GetYourGuide product for that date. You do not need to open a second system to take a date off sale.

Do I still have to update availability manually?

No. Capacity, schedules and cut-off times are rules, so the calendar maintains itself. Bookings reduce availability, cancellations return it, and blocked days remove it. Manual edits are still there when you want to override something, but they are not the way the calendar normally stays correct.

What happens when two products share the same boat or vehicle?

You link them, and Cockpit treats the shared resource as the constraint. If a private charter takes the boat on Thursday afternoon, the shared-seat departure on the same boat closes for that slot automatically rather than staying on sale on a channel that has no idea the boat is gone.

Can it handle bookings that did not come from a channel?

Yes, and they are treated exactly like any other booking. Walk-ins taken at the desk, phone reservations, email requests and direct website checkouts all go into the same inbox and all consume the same availability, which is what makes the channel numbers trustworthy.

Is there a setup fee or a long contract?

No setup fee, and you can start free. Pricing is a published plan with metered volume on top of it, so you can see what a season would cost before you commit to anything.
